I came to Adult and Teen Challenge because I felt like I needed a change. My way wasn’t working. I have turned around from my way of living and given my life to Jesus. I put my trust in Him, and He will give me courage, confidence and faith to get through this life. I want to be able to accomplish everything God has in store for me.

Before entering the doors of Adult & Teen Challenge, I was in a cycle of sin that led me to the end of myself. I lost everything. I came here with the highest hopes of recovering it all, and more than I ever had. To God be the glory!

I started doing drugs when I was 16 years for fun. Shortly after, this "fun thing" turned into me relying on these drugs in order for me to tolerate living. I overdosed in 2022, which took me to a few different secular treatment centers. After I relapsed, I had to leave my parent’s house. This is when I found out about Adult & Teen Challenge being a faith-based program, and decided to get clean. The moment I walked through the doors I was saved, and

Before coming to Adult & Teen Challenge I was homeless in Forth Worth for almost six years. The last few months, the weight of my sinful lifestyle became such a heavy burden that led me to cry out to the Lord for help. This what led me here today. I hope to learn how to build my faith in God, so after I graduate the program I can go back into the world and serve the Lord.

I was suffering from depression and alcoholism. I didn’t like the place I was at in my life. I came to Adult & Teen Challenge because I want to be closer to God and become a better dad and role model for my son.

I was in a hopeless state of mind and spirit when God found me. I was blinded by hurt and confusion. I came to Adult & Teen Challenge to gain perspective, purpose peace, joy and comfort through Christ, knowing that all things will work together for my good.
