Our Vocational Work Experience Program is another way you can get involved. By hiring Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas students for your projects, you not only get your project completed professionally, but you also help change students’ lives as they learn a solid work ethic under the direction of skilled staff. And it doesn’t stop there – your payment also provides funds to continue changing more lives!
Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization and does not receive any government funding. Costs for food, shelter, educational materials, and staff are met through the generous donations and gifts from our donors. If you or your business need help to finish a job, our work crews can assist you. Some of the types of jobs our work crews can do include, but are not limited to:
- Lawn care & maintenance (residential and commercial)
- Construction
- Landscaping
- Tree, brush, & demo removal
- Fence building
- Vehicle detailing
- Painting
- Basic carpentry
- General maintenance
- Cleaning (churches/homes/businesses)
- Janitorial services
- Catering
- Servers at events
- Car washes
