Become a Lifeline Facilitator
Do you have a desire to help hurting people? You don’t need a counseling degree or a history of life-controlling problems; you simply need a passion to see Christ heal the broken-hearted and a willingness to be used! We offer facilitator trainings in different cities throughout Texas.
Our trainings are usually held on a Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at one of our Adult and Teen Challenge campuses. The incredible day of training covers the following topics:
- The stages of addiction,
- The influence of family on addictive behaviors,
- How to become an effective facilitator, and
- How to use God’s Word to minister to the root of life-controlling issues.
During the second half of the training, you will also have the opportunity to experience first-hand what it is like to participate in one of our life-changing groups. Your commitment will be a weekly or twice monthly meeting for 8 to 13 sessions. You can commit to up to four groups a year, or facilitate just one. The details will be worked out with the Lifeline Coordinator. Cost for the day of training is $50, including materials.
